KEMET Commercial Grade X7R SMD MLCCs are non-polarized components designed for a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.

KEMET ArcShield X7R MLCCs are surface mount, high voltage, commercial- and automotive-grade MLCCs, with lead-free terminations, and low ESL and ESR.

KEMET Open Mode Design X7R MLCCs are surface mount commercial- and automotive-grade multilayer ceramic capacitors with a rated voltage of 16VDC to 200VDC. 

KEMET Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) X7R SMD MLCCs are designed to meet high reliability requirements, with stable performance across -55°C to +125°C with capacitance of ±15%.

KEMET Flexible Termination (FT-CAP) X7R SMD MLCCs offer up to 5mm of flex-bend capability. The FT-CAP capacitors operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, with capacitance change limited to ±15%

KEMET Telecom Tip and Ring SMD MLCCs are designed for ringer circuits to block 48Vdc to 52Vdc and pass 16Hz to 25Hz AC signals up to 90Vrms. They maintain capacitance within ±15% across -55°C to +125°C. 

KEMET KPS L Series MLCCs offer lower ESR and ESL, and higher capability for ripple current. They operate at −55°C to +125°C, have capacitance ranging from 0.1μF up to 47μF, and capacitance tolerances of ±10% and ±20%.

KEMET X8L and X8R High-Temperature MLCCs have capacitance ranging from 0.5pF to 0.22μF for X8R and 0.47μF up to 47μF for X8L, and have DC voltage ratings of 10V to 100V.

KEMET Commercial Grade Y5V SMD MLCCs feature an operating temperature range of −30°C to +85°C, and have a voltage rating range of 6.3VDC to 50VDC.

KEMET Commercial Grade Z5U SMD MLCCs are general purpose MLCCs with an operating temperature range of +10°C to +85°C. They have DC voltage ratings of 50V and 100V, and a capacitance range of 6,800pF to 2.2μF

KEMET MIL-PRF-M39014 MLCCs are available in axial and radial configurations, and are designed to operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.

KEMET KPS MIL Series SMPS Stacked Capacitors operate within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and are qualified under MIL-PRF-49470 standards.

KEMET MIL-PRF-55681 SMD MLCCs offer a capacitance range from 10pF to 0.47µF, a maximum voltage rating of 100VDC, and capacitance tolerances up to ±10%.

KEMET C600 Series Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors have a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, and have a radial leaded form factor, and are conformally coated to meet MIL-PRF-49467 standards.

KEMET Commercial L Series SnPb Termination MLCCs are tin/lead termination, SMD/SMT available in C0G, X5R, and X7R dielectrics. They are available with operating temperature ranges of −55°C to +125°C and −55°C to +85°C. 

KEMET AxiMax 400 Commercial MLCCs are available in C0G, X7R, and Z5U. The C0G and X7R have a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, and the Z5U is +85°C.

KEMET Goldmax 300 Commercial MLCCs are available in C0G, X7R, and Z5U dielectrics. These MLCCs are lead (Pb)-free, RoHS, and REACH-compliant, with lead spacings of 0.100", 0.200", 0.250", and 0.400".
