KEMET X8L & X8R High-Temperature MLCCs

KEMET X8Land X8R High-Temperature Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) operate at a temperature ranging from −55°C to +150°C to support the latest in high-temperature dielectric technology and reliability for extreme temperature applications. These MLCCs support capacitance ranging from 0.5pF to 0.22μF for X8R and 0.47μF up to 47μF for X8L. These X9L-X8R capacitors offer DC voltage ratings of 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, and 100V. The main applications of high-temperature multilayer ceramic capacitors include aerospace, automotive, bypass, decoupling, and power supplies.
