Shipping & Handling Information

Scheduling Specific and/or Multiple Delivery Dates

You can schedule up to five different delivery dates for each line in your order.

Shipping Freight Options Available

For North America shipments, you may select Ground, Economy, or Priority delivery, which will ship with UPS or FedEx. We will select the best carrier to deliver to your location.

If you require a special shipping method, use the 'Note field' as you checkout to give us your request (additional charges may apply for priority freight).

Please note: For international locations we ship via air freight. Additionally, priority shipping is available, however your order may not ship the same day as ordered due to time differences and international paperwork.

Shipping Charges

When purchasing parts with a TTI ezBuy account, either through a TTI sales representative or online, shipping will be charged according to the terms of the account. 

If you are purchasing parts online at tti.com, and you do not have a TTI ezBuy account, the following shipping rates and rules apply.

Prepaid and Add Shipping charges appear as TBD on invoices until weight and destination are confirmed. **

Please note: For international locations we ship via economy air freight. Additionally, priority shipping is available however your order may not ship the same day as ordered due to time differences and international paperwork.

* In certain situations, due to weight and destination, you will need to either request a freight account # or to advise TTI will need to ship freight and add to the invoice.

** By choosing Prepaid and Add to Invoice, you agree that TTI will select the freight option for your order. Non-Refundable freight charges will be added to the invoice and charged to your credit card.

Handling and International Documentation Charges

All orders shipped outside of the United States or Canada will be charged a $10 handling fee, as well as a $10 documentation charge to cover the cost of customs paperwork.  


Billing Shipping Costs to Your Account Number

Choose the "Collect" shipping option and select your freight provider in the drop down, and enter your freight billing account number next to it. Even though you might see an estimated Shipping charge on the Order Review and Receipt pages, you will not receive that charge.

Please be aware that your shipment will be delayed if the information you provide is incorrect.
