KEMET MIL-PRF-M39014 Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are available in axial and radial configurations. These MLCCs are categorized into three classes: Class I offers high stability and low volumetric efficiency, Class II provides higher efficiency with moderate stability, and Class III has the highest efficiency but the poorest stability. The MIL-PRF-M39014 MLCCs are designed to operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. Typical applications are commercial, automotive, industrial, energy, defense, and aerospace sectors.
