KEMET Automotive Grade C0G SMD MLCCs
KEMET Automotive Grade C0G Dielectric Surface Mount (SMD/SMT) Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are suited for a variety of harsh environment applications. These AEC–Q200 qualified MLCCs have an operating temperature range of −55°C to +125°C and are available in 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, and 2220 case sizes. The MLCCs made of Class I materials have no piezoelectric noise, extremely low ESR and ESL, and high thermal stability and ripple current capability. Typical applications include blocking, bypass, circuits requiring low loss, circuits with pulse, critical timing, decoupling, energy storage, filtering, high current, transient voltage suppression, and tuning.
