KEMET Commercial Grade Z5U SMD MLCCs
KEMET Commercial Grade Z5U Dielectric Surface Mount (SMD/SMT) Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are general purpose MLCCs with an operating temperature range of +10°C to +85°C. They are made with Class III materials and are available in EIA 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, 1825, and 2225 case sizes. These Z5U Dielectric MLCCs have DC voltage ratings of 50V and 100V, a capacitance range of 6,800pF to 2.2μF, and are available in capacitance tolerances of ±20% and +80%/-20%. Typical applications include bypass, decoupling, and limited temperature.
