KEMET HiQ CBR RF and Microwave MLCCs
KEMET HiQ CBR RF and Microwave MLCCs are lead-free and RoHS compliant. These devices offer low capacitance change with temperature and reliable thermal stability. The HiQ CBR RF and Microwave MLCCs feature a DC voltage range from 6.3V to 500V and a frequency range from 1MHz to 50GHz. These capacitors come with an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a capacitance range from 0.1pF to 100pF. Applications include bypass, coupling, filtering, impedance matching, and DC blocking.
