KEMET HiQ CBR RF and Microwave MLCCs
KEMET HiQ CBR RF and Microwave Mount Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) series feature a robust and exceptionally stable copper electrode Base Metal Electrode (BME) system that offers excellent low loss performance (high Q). Extremely low ESR and high self-resonance characteristics make HiQ CBR RF and microwave MLCCs well-suited for resonant circuit applications or those where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are required. The HiQ CBR RF and Microwave MLCCs exhibit no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage and boast a negligible change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature. These devices are suitable for many circuit applications that include RF power amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, low noise amplifiers, filter networks, antenna tuning, timing circuits, delay lines, and MRI imaging coils.
