KEMET Open Mode Design X7R MLCCs
KEMET Open Mode Design (FO-CAP) X7R MLCCs are surface mount (SMD/SMT) commercial- and automotive-grade multilayer ceramic capacitors with a rated voltage of 16VDC to 200VDC. There is no current leakage, and a reduced chance of low IR or short circuit conditions, preventing failure events. Flexible termination versions are available, and all versions have an operating temperature range of −55°C to +125°C. These MLCCs are designed for higher operating temperatures and mechanical stress. Common applications include automotive circuits, power supplies (with input and output filters), and various general electronic applications.
