KEMET FE-CAP Fail-Safe Floating Electrode MLCCs
KEMET FE-CAP Fail-Safe Floating Electrode Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 compliant and available in automotive and commercial grades. These devices have a floating electrode structure with fail-open functionality. The FE-CAP MLCCs feature a capacitance tolerance of ±5%, ±10%, and ±20% and a DC voltage rating of 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, 100V, 200V, and 250V. These capacitors come with an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a capacitance range from 150pF to 0.22μF. Typical applications include input and output power filtering, battery-line circuits, power buses, and medical and industrial equipment.
