KEMET KC-LINK with KONNEKT MLCCs

KEMET KC-LINK with KONNEKT Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are surface-mount capacitors made for high-efficiency and high-density power applications. KONNEKT high-density packaging technology produces a surface-mount multichip solution for high-density packaging using a Transient Liquid Phase Sintering (TLPS) material. These have an operating temperature of up to 150°C. These capacitors, which use KEMET's robust and proprietary C0G Base Metal Electrode (BME) dielectric system, are ideal for applications requiring high efficiency, such as power converters, inverters, snubbers, and resonators.

Some coal under a little pressure makes diamonds. Take it a little further with some C0G base metal under a little pressure, and you’ll have high density, high efficiency capacitors. KEMET KC-LINK with KONNEKT Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors uses an innovative Transient Liquid Phase Sintering material to create a surface mount multi-stack that utilizes KEMET’s robust and proprietary C0G base metal electrode dielectric system.

The KC-LINK technology delivers low loss, low inductance capacitors capable of handling high ripple currents without impact on capacitance vs DC voltage and subtle changes in capacitance vs temperature. The highly robust KONNEKT technology allows capacitor mounting without metal frames and in low loss orientations for increased power handling capability in power converters, inverters, snubbers, and resonator applications.
