Molex Mini-Fit Connectors
Molex Mini-Fit Connectors are available at an operating temperature of up to +125°C. The Mini-Fit power connectors are available in board-to-board, wire-to-board, and wire-to-wire configurations and have a double crimp tool. Their current rating is up to 13A, with a 4.20 pitch, and a wire gauge range of 16AWG to 28AWG. These are high-current, high-density power connectors that provide design flexibility for a wide range of applications, including but not limited to automotive, home appliances, industrial automation, MedTech, networking, and telecommunications.
Mini-Fit BMI Connectors
Molex Mini-Fit BMI Connectors have a 4.20mm (.165") pitch with a blind mate interface, allowing up to 9.0A per circuit, and misalignment of up to 2.54mm (.100") pitch.
Mini-Fit CPI Connectors
Molex Mini-Fit CPI Connectors have a 4.20 mm (.165") pitch compliant pin interface. Press-fit headers eliminate the need for soldering and allow up to 8.0A per circuit.
Mini-Fit Plus HCS Connectors
Molex Mini-Fit Plus HCS Connectors have a 4.20mm (.165") pitch, and their terminals allow for current up to 13.0A, and are used with all Mini-Fit crimp receptacle housings.
Mini-Fit TPA Connectors
Molex Mini-Fit TPA Connectors have a 4.20 mm (.165") pitch and are for high current/density applications that require a redundant terminal retention feature. They are capable of handling up to 9.0A current.
Mini-Fit Jr. Connectors
Molex Mini-Fit Jr. Connectors are designed for higher current/higher density applications, which require design flexibility for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board configurations. Mini-Fit Jr. is ideal for power applications for up to 13A that require a small footprint.
Mini-Fit SMC Connectors
Molex Mini-Fit SMC Connectors have a 4.20 mm (.165") pitch and are surface mount connectors that allow up to 12.0A per circuit.
Mini-Fit Sr. Connectors
Molex Mini-Fit Sr. Connectors are part of an economical high current wire-to-board or wire-to-wire power connector system. A simple crimp contact drives up to 50A per contact while maintaining ease of termination and acquisition costs.
