AMP+ HVA 280 High Voltage Connector System
TE Connectivity’s AMP+ HVA 280 finger-proof, touch-safe 2 or 3-position low-medium current connectors and headers are designed for flexibility with options needed for various hybrid/electric vehicle device applications. The system provides multiple latching options and an integrated internal HVIL allowing for package size optimization and routing flexibility.
AMP+ HVA 630 High Voltage Connector System
TE Connectivity’s AMP+ touch-proof 2-position low-medium current connectors and headers are designed to meet AK 4.3.3, LV215-1 specifications. With a current carrying capacity of up to 40A* at 140°C and a 4-6mm2 multicore wire range, the AMP+ connectors and headers can be used in many EV device applications. The package size is optimized with an integrated internal HVIL.
AMP+ HVA 800 High Voltage Connector System
TE Connectivity’s touch-proof 2-3 position high current connectors and headers are designed to meet AK 4.3.3, LV215-1 specifications. With a current carrying capacity of up to 250A (continuous) on 50mm2 wire, an ample temperature range and a wide wire range, the AMP+ high current connectors, and headers can be used in various EV applications. An integrated internal HVIL with multiple routing options allows package size optimization and flexibility. Assembly is simplified with a lever assist for low insertion force.
AMP+ HVA 1100 High Voltage Connector System
TE Connectivity’s (TE) AMP+ HVP 1100 finger-proof, touch-safe, one-position high current connectors and headers are designed for flexibility with the options needed for various hybrid and electric vehicle device applications. With a current carrying capacity of up to 300A at 85 °C and a cable range of 35-95mm2 individually shielded wire, the TE AMP+ HVP 1100 can be used in many high-voltage applications. The system provides an integrated internal HVIL for package size optimization.
AMP+ HVA 1200 High Voltage Connector System
TE Connectivity’s AMP+ HVA 1200 High Voltage Connector System is a set of high-performance automotive connectors and headers for hybrid and all-electric vehicles. This interconnection system operates in the temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and can withstand voltage levels of up to 1000VDC. The PCON 12 high-power terminal, which is at the center of the HVA 1200 connectivity system, supports a total wire range of 5mm² to 16mm² or 10mm² to 16mm² for applications with straight and right-angle connectors. AMP+ HVA 1200 Connectivity Systems find applications in hybrid, all-electric, and fuel-cell vehicles.
HC-STAK 25 HV Interconnection System
TE Connectivity HC-STAK 25 HV Interconnection System is specifically designed to support the increased connectivity requirements in high-voltage interconnection systems of hybrid and all-electric vehicles. It provides a safer and more reliable connection between the HV battery and the inverter or power distribution/e-motor. The HC-STAK 25 product is a high-performance interconnection system that is both scalable and capable of reliable high-power distribution to each aggregate. These HV Interconnection Systems provide a double-ended-fork terminal system with a low contact resistance arrangement while meeting sealing, shielding, and touch-safe requirements in a very compact package. It has the flexibility to interconnect with a wide range of conductor cross-sections, geometry, and materials.

TE AMP+ headers and connectors can carry mind-melting ratings of up to 300 amps and 850 volts, but thanks to their built-in safety features, you don’t have to worry about actually melting any users. The AMP+ family enables safe, efficient, and reliable connectivity in hybrid and electric vehicles. Connectors are available with up to 5 positions with a design that minimizes package size while increasing creepage and clearance to maximize the voltage rating.
Touch-proof contacts and integrated HVIL contacts keep users safe, while shielding prevents interference to nearby data and communication lines. The connectors are designed for the harsh environments of automotive applications, with high vibration tolerance, sealing up to IP6K9K high vibration tolerance, and the ability to operate at up to 140 degrees Celsius. The connectors also facilitate quick and correct assembly, with multiple coding options and tool-free mating and unmating.
