AMP TE Connectivity AMP+ HVA 1200 Interconnection System
AMP+ HVA 1200 Interconnection System is a range of high-performing automotive connectors and headers with high voltage ratings for hybrid and all-electric vehicles. The AMP+ HVA 1200 systems are specifically designed to ensure a safe and reliable connection between the charging interface, the onboard charger, and the battery. This interconnection system operates from -40°C to 125°C temperature range and withstands voltage levels up to 1000VDC.
The HVA 1200 interconnection system features a header and two plugs for both straight and right-angle connector applications, and at its core, PCON 12 high-power terminal supports a total wire range from 5mm2 to 16mm2, respectively 10mm2 to 16mm2. The AMP+ HVA system comes with an integrated HV interlock completed by the critical built-in touch safety according to IEC 60529 IP2XB and UL-finger standards. The AMP+ HVA 1200 Interconnection Systems are used in charging interface and battery interconnection in hybrid vehicles and all-electric and fuel-cell vehicles.
