Nichicon GYD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors
Nichicon GYD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors are conductive polymer hybrid chip-type components designed for operation up to +150°C with defined endurance performance. These capacitors provide low ESR and support high ripple current handling in compact SMD packages. The GYD aluminum electrolytic capacitors offer a load life of 1000 hours at +150°C under rated voltage and ripple conditions. These AEC-Q200 qualified capacitors provide a rated capacitance range from 100µF to 270µF and comply with RoHS directives. Typical use includes DC/DC converters, pump controls, and ECUs.
