KYOCERA AVX TCB Series COTS-Plus Polymer Capacitors
KYOCERA AVX TCB Series COTS-Plus Polymer Capacitors are high-reliability tantalum devices designed for use in demanding industrial applications. These capacitors require very low ESR with stable, high-frequency CAP retention and longer life performance. The TCB series COTS-plus polymer capacitors feature improved basic reliability of 0.5%/1000 hrs at 85°C, withstand biased humidity testing at 85°C/85% RH for at least 500 hours, and are rated for operation up to 125°C. These capacitors are ideally used in defense, filtering, pulsing circuits, and decoupling.
