KYOCERA AVX TCJ and TCN Conductive Polymer Capacitors

Kyocera AVX TCJ and TCN Conductive Polymer Capacitors use a solid conductive polymer electrolyte to provide stable capacitance and low equivalent series resistance across operating conditions. These devices are conductive polymer electrodes and offer a lower ESR value. The TCJ capacitors feature a capacitance tolerance of ±20% and a leakage current DCL of 0.1CV. The TCN capacitors come with a capacitance range from 4.7μF to 1500μF and a leakage current DCL of 0.1CV. Typical applications include smartphones, tablets, notebooks, LCD TVs, power supplies, and bulk decoupling of System on Chip (SoC).
