TBM Multianode Ultra Low ESR COTS-Plus capacitors use an internal multi-anode design to achieve ultra-low ESR for performance in high ripple power conditions. These capacitors are offered with Weibull Grade B reliability and support MIL-PRF-55365 surge test options A, B, and C. The devices provide four termination finishes, meet UL94V-0 flame retardancy, satisfy NASA SP-R-0022A outgassing requirements, and are rated MSL 3 under J-STD-020. The capacitance range is 22 μF to 1500 μF with ±10% or ±20% tolerance, rated voltages from 4 VDC to 35 VDC at +85°C, category voltages up to 23 VDC at +125°C, surge voltages up to 46 VDC, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
