Vishay TH Series High-Temperature TANTAMOUNT Tantalum Chip Capacitors are highly reliable, automotive-graded, surface-mount solid tantalum capacitors with a molded case. These high-temperature tantalum capacitors come in three series: TH3, TH4, and TH5 which operate under high temperatures up to 200°C. The terminations in TH series capacitors are RoHS-compliant and come with standard EIA 535BAAC case sizes. These Tantalum Chip Capacitors offer a broad range of capacitance from 0.33μF to 220μF and a voltage range from 5V to 50V. TH-series-high-temperature tantalum chip capacitors are used in automotive and industrial applications involving high-temperature extended activities.
