Vishay Leadframeless Molded Tantalum Capacitors
Vishay Leadframeless Molded Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors feature volumetric efficiency, stable electrical parameters, high reliability, and long service life. The molded chip tantalum capacitor encases the element in plastic resins, such as epoxy materials. The molding compound has been selected to meet the requirements of UL 94 V-0 and the outgassing requirements of ASTM E-595. These capacitors offer excellent reliability and high stability for consumer and commercial electronics with the added feature of low cost. The leadframeless molded tantalum capacitors come in TL8, 298D, 298W, TR8, TP8, TM8, and DLA 11020 variants. These capacitors are ideally used in consumer, industrial, automotive, military, and aerospace electronic applications.

- Lead (Pb)-free L-shaped face-down terminations

DLA 11020:
- High-reliability solid surface mount tantalum capacitors
- L-shaped terminations for superior board mounting
- Low DCL for extended battery life
- Reliability grade: Weibull B per MIL-PRF-55365
- Small sizes for space-constrained applications
- Terminations: gold plated; tin/lead solder plated
- The molding compound has been selected to meet the requirements of UL 94 V-0 and the outgassing requirements of ASTM E-595
