XLamp LEDs
Cree LED XLamp LEDs are available in white, color, and high-brightness versions and have footprints of 3.45mm, 5mm, and 7mm. They are available in voltage classes of 3V, 6V, and 12V with a maximum drive current ranging from 1.50A to 7.20A. XLamp LEDs are used in a variety of general indoor and outdoor lighting applications, and for specialty lighting applications such as horticulture, retail, architectural and entertainment, and portable lighting.
XLamp CMU Series COB LED Arrays
Cree LED XLamp CMU COB (Chip-on-Board) LED Arrays are also available in premium color options of Fidelity (98 CRI) and Specialty (below BBL) color points. They are also available in common LES sizes of 9.8 mm, 14.5 mm, and 22 mm and voltage classes of 36V and 54V.
XLamp Element G LEDs
Cree LED XLamp Element G (XE-G) LEDs include a large isolated thermal pad, ESD protection, and minimal spacing between the LED chip and the edge of the package. They also have color-mixing lighting applications for breakthrough solutions that require high levels of light output and full control over the spectral content.
XLamp XP-G3 LEDs
Cree LED XLamp XP-G3 LEDs are available in 3-step and 5-step options and have low thermal resistance at 1 °C/W. They are optimized for directional, high-lumen lighting applications such as roadway, portable, and horticulture and enable lighting manufacturers to simplify their design process and shorten time‑to‑market.
XLamp XP-G4 LEDs
Cree LED XLamp XP-G4 LEDs have a thermal resistance of 1.3°C/W and a maximum reverse voltage of 5V. They offer high maximum current and low thermal resistance, enabling enhanced levels of output and reliability.
