Cree LED XLamp XP-G4 LEDs
Cree LED XLamp XP-G4 LEDs offer high maximum current and low thermal resistance, enabling enhanced levels of output and reliability. The XLamp XP-G4 LEDs feature ANSI-compatible chromaticity bins and function at a maximum drive current of 3000mA. These XP-G4 LEDs have a thermal resistance of 1.3°C/W and a maximum reverse voltage of 5V. XLamp XP-G4 LEDs operate at a maximum temperature of 150°C and are ideal for various architectural, automotive, entertainment, indoor, industrial, and outdoor lighting applications.
