Yageo AEC-Q101 and AEC-Q200 TVS Diodes
YAGEO TVS Diodes are available in a wide variety of series and specifications to suit a wide range of applications. They are available as either bidirectional or unidirectional with axial and surface mount (SMD/SMT) termination styles. YAGEO transient voltage suppressors are also available in AEC-Q101 and AEC-Q200 versions and low-profile packages. The working voltage of YAGEO's TVS diodes is from 5V to 600V (or even higher) with a peak pulse power rating that can reach up to 30,000W.
