Yageo SMCJ TVS Diodes
Yageo SMCJ Series Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed for circuit protection in electronic systems. These diodes come in a low-profile DO-214AB surface-mount package with glass-passivated junction construction. The SMCJ diodes support peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (10μs/1000μs waveform) and offer fast response times. These devices operate over a wide junction temperature range from -55°C to +150°C.
