Rohm Semiconductor Stepper Motor Drivers
Rohm Semiconductor Stepper Motor Drivers are low-power driver Integrated Circuits (ICs) supporting Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) current drive and feature single-power-supply configuration, allowing for easy design and layout in its applications. These drivers have an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. The drivers feature a built-in voltage regulator that eliminates the need for control sequencing during power ON/OFF to prevent circuit malfunction. Stepper motor drivers also incorporate voltage, current, and thermal protection circuits for improved reliability and safety. These drivers also feature a Ghost Supply Prevention function that prevents aberrant operation in OFF mode. The drivers find applications in drones, office machines, and robotics.
