Rohm Semiconductor DC Brush Motor Drivers

Rohm Semiconductor DC Brush Motor Drivers are reversible driver Integrated Circuits (ICs) that drive brush motors via H-bridge and feature Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), brake, and forward/reverse modes. These drivers operate over a wide power supply voltage range from 5.5V to 36V, with output currents of up to 3A. The drivers are available in a wide range of voltages, currents, pin configurations, and package types for design flexibility. DC brush motor drivers have Over Current Protection (OCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Thermal Shutdown (TSD), and Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO) and find application in consumer electronics, washing machines, and PC peripherals.
