Littelfuse 501 and 501A Series 1206 Fast Acting Fuses
Littelfuse 501 and 501A Series Fast Acting Fuses ensure performance reliability and performance reliability with a relatively high I²t in a 1206 size. These devices offer high inrush current withstand capability and are suitable for leaded and lead-free reflow/wave soldering. The 501 series thin film chip fuses are designed to provide over-current protection to circuits that operate under high working ambient temperatures of up to 150°C. The 501A series fuses are AEC-Q200 qualified and recognized to UL/CSA/NMX 248-1. These high-current fuses are 100% lead-free, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free. The 501 and 501A series fuses feature an advanced ceramic body and operate from -55°C to +150°C temperature range. These fast-acting components are specifically tested to cater to secondary circuit protection needs of compact auto electronics and in high current Voltage Regulator Module (VRM) applications.
