Honeywell Nanopower Magnetoresistive Sensor ICs

Honeywell Nanopower Series Magnetoresistive Sensor ICs require a low average current consumption and a push-pull output that eliminates the need for a pull-up resistor. These sensor ICs promote energy efficiency and can operate from a low supply voltage of 1.65V. The SM351LT Nanopower series are ultra-high magnetic devices that typically operate at 7G, maximum operate at 11G, and a shallow current draw of 360nA. These SM353LT Nanopower series are highly magnetic sensitive devices that typically operate at 14G, maximum operate at 20G, and a shallow current draw of 310nA. The Nanopower series magnetoresistive sensor ICs are designed to accommodate a wide range of applications with large air gaps, small magnetic fields, and low power requirements such as exercise equipment, infusion pumps, and hospital beds.
