Honeywell SS39ET, SS49E, and SS59ET Linear Hall-Effect Sensor ICs

Honeywell SS39ET, SS49E, and SS59ET Linear Hall-Effect Sensor ICs are compact, energy-efficient devices that operate using magnetic fields from permanent or electromagnets. These sensor ICs come with a low voltage capability of 2.7Vdc, reduced current consumption of 6mA at 5Vdc, and offer excellent power efficiency. The SS39ET, SS49E, and SS59ET sensors provide accurate and stable output thanks to integrated thin-film resistors, low-noise performance, and a wide temperature range from -40°C to +100°C. Available in multiple package styles, they are ideal for industrial, medical, and space-constrained applications.
