Honeywell SS360X and SS460X Digital Hall-Effect Sensor ICs
Honeywell SS360X and SS460X Digital Hall-Effect Sensor ICs are small, sensitive, and versatile devices that are operated by the magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. These Hall-effect sensors come in SOT-23, flat TO-92-style packages, with straight or formed lead options. The bipolar digital Hall-effect sensors are RoHS-compliant material that meets directive 2002/95 with a high magnetic sensitivity of 30G typically. These Hall-effect sensors offer a wide operating voltage range of 3Vdc to 24Vdc with stable output and reverse voltage protection. The bipolar Hall-effect sensors can be used in the tachometer, counter pickup, brushless DC motor commutation, electronic window lift, vehicle convertible roof position, and robotics control.
