KYOCERA AVX FLEXITERM Multilayer Varistors

KYOCERA AVX FLEXITERM Multilayer Varistors (MLVs) are designed to improve mechanical flexure and temperature cycling performance. These varistors maintain electrical integrity when external forces are applied and provide up to 5mm of flexure without internal cracks. The FLEXITERM MLVs guarantee high mechanical performance and improved reliability. These varistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and available in 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210 case sizes. The FLEXITERM varistors offer durability of 3000 cycles and a maximum clamping voltage of 67V. Typical applications include automotive and engine sensors.
