KYOCERA AVX Automotive Multilayer Varistors

KYOCERA AVX Automotive Multilayer Varistors are zinc oxide-based ceramic devices that provide transient voltage suppression and EMI/RFI attenuation. These varistors combine fast response times with the ability to handle high inrush currents and maintain low capacitance for minimal signal distortion. The automotive multilayer varistors feature capacitance up to 50pF and high ESD capability up to 25kV. These devices come with clamping voltage ranges from 45V to 225V and leakage current as low as 0.015μA. Applications include CAN Bus and FlexRay networks, datalines, general I/O protocols, keyboard interfaces, and sensors.
