Kyocera AVX TransFeed Automotive Series Varistors with feedthru filter construction are AEC-Q200 qualified and provide bidirectional ESD protection with low parallel inductance. These varistors offer excellent decoupling capability for all high di/dt environments and significant noise reduction in digital circuits. The TransFeed automotive series varistors are available in 0805 case size, with working voltage from 5.6Vdc to 26Vdc, energy up to 0.3J, peak current up to 120A and feedthru current up to 1A. These varistors have an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with no derating. Typical applications include power regulation, LCD dashboard drivers, and power line conditioning.
