KYOCERA AVX TCH Series COTS Plus Hermetically Sealed Polymer Capacitors
KYOCERA AVX TCH Series capacitors use a conductive polymer electrode and hermetic ceramic case packaging to achieve low ESR and stable performance. These capacitors offer endurance up to 10,000 hours on selected codes and maintain stability under humidity and ambient atmosphere exposure. The devices are available in large case sizes that provide high capacitance values and include options qualified to NASA EEE-INST-002 Level 2 and ongoing ESA standards. The capacitance range is 22μF to 330μF with ±20% tolerance, rated voltages from 10VDC to 100VDC at +85°C, category voltages up to 66VDC at +125°C, leakage current defined as 0.1CV, ESR ratings from 40mΩ to 150mΩ, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. These capacitors are used in aerospace, defense, power supplies, and pulse power applications.
