Minitek Pwr 3.0 Connector Systems
Amphenol Communications (ACS) Minitek Pwr 3.0mm Connector Systems are designed for power application with a current rating of up to 5A per circuit, available for dual row and 2 to 24 circuits, for wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications. Crimp, snap-in plug, and receptacle contacts are used to terminate AWG 20-30 wires. Plug and receptacle housings allow wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations. Crimping and removal tools are available for wire harness assembly. Header assemblies for wire-to-board interconnections include vertical and right-angle components. These wave soldering headers are available in through-hole configurations.

It is ideal for power applications with a current rating of up to 9A per circuit, available for dual row and 2 to 24 circuits, and for wire-to-board, wire-to-wire, and wire-to-panel mount applications. Crimping and removal tools are available for wire harness assembly. Header assemblies for wire-to-board interconnections include vertical and right-angle components. These wave soldering headers are available in through-hole configurations. A right-angle version cable receptacle is also available.

Amphenol Communications (ACS) Minitek Pwr 5.7mm Connector Systems is a flexible and comprehensive solution for power application with a high current rating of up to 23A per contact and wire gauge range from 16AWG-12AWG for wire-to-board application. Minitek Pwr 5.7mm features polarized mating geometry, which helps to prevent mismating. It offers a wide operating temperature, ranging from -40°C to 105°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The scoop-proof housing prevents terminals from damage.

Minitek® Pwr 5.7mm connectors provides a perfect solution delivering high current capacity rated for up to 28A per contact, with polarized mating geometry to prevent mis-mating, a thumb-operated positive locking latch for secure mating retention, and a scoop-proof housing design that protects terminals from damage during mating. The connectors are glow wire compliant and feature a UL 94 V-0 rated LCP material for the housing. They’re rated for 2200Vac dielectric withstand, with maximum initial low level contact resistance of 2mΩ and minimum insulation resistance of 1000MΩ. Choose 2 to 12 circuits, vertical or right-angle through-hole mounting, and wire from 16AWG to 12AWG, with new product expansions planned in Minitek Pwr 5.7mm for making it a complete mid power solution.
