Toshiba TLP MOSFET Output Optocouplers and Photorelays
Toshiba TLP MOSFET Output Optocouplers and Photorelays consist of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED. These photorelays include over-temperature and over-voltage protection for enhanced operational reliability. The TLP MOSFET output optocouplers and photorelays feature an isolation voltage of 5000Vrms and a minimum output terminal voltage of 80V. These devices come with a maximum low trigger LED current of 3mA and a maximum on-state current of 1.4A. Applications include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), factory automation, and battery management systems (non-automotive).
