Toshiba TLP Gate Driver and Photocouplers
Toshiba TLP Gate Driver and Photocouplers are suitable for controlling IGBT and MOSFET gates. These photocouplers feature desaturation detection, isolated FAULT status feedback, soft gate turn-off, active Miller clamp, under-voltage lockout, and automatic FAULT status reset. The TLP gate driver operates at a maximum temperature of 125°C and supports a maximum power supply current of 10.2mA. These components provide a 6A output current and a minimum isolation voltage of 5000Vrms. Typical applications include AC servos, IH cooking heater, IH rice cooker, industrial inverters, microwave oven, and servers.
