TE Sensor Solutions TO-8 Series Board Mountable Pressure Sensors are temperature-compensated, piezoresistive silicon pressure devices designed for PC board mounting. These sensors offer 100mV output and support gage, absolute, and differential measurements with current excitation. The TO-8 series is packaged in a TO-8 configuration and features integral temperature compensation over a wide range, achieved through laser-trimmed resistors. These sensors also include an additional laser-trimmed resistor to normalize pressure sensitivity variations by adjusting the gain of an external differential amplifier. The TO-8 board mountable pressure sensors find use in factory automation, vacuum measurement, handheld calibrators, and leak detection.
