Souriau UTL Circular Connectors
Souriau UTL Series Circular Connectors are plastic connectors that meet industrial safety standards and can be utilized for both power supply and power + control supply with DMX or RDM signals. These connectors are rated IP68/69K in dynamic settings and remain sealed even when used constantly underwater or cleaned with a high-pressure hose while the cable is moving. The UTL series connectors come in 4, 5, 6, and 8 positions and feature an operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C and a current rating of 16A. Typical applications include building automation, medical, telecom, data infrastructure, and energy power.

Push-pull coupling and blind mating might sound like a new engineer’s only dating app, but those are just two of the many features of the Souriau UTL series circular connectors. And unlike that hypothetical dating app, the UTL series makes your life easier. That’s because the plastic connectors are available with 4 to 8 positions for power or power plus control with DMX or RDM signals, and blind mating is easy thanks to the keyhole in the push-pull mating mechanism and the tactile and audible feedback from the stainless-steel latch. The UTL series is IP68 and 69K sealed even in dynamic conditions, the material is resistant to UV light and harsh fluids, and it’s impact resistant, making it durable and reliable in some of the harshest conditions. It also has multiple UL and IEC qualifications for use in building automation, medical, telecom, data infrastructure, and other applications.
