Phoenix Contact CHARX DC Power Modules
Phoenix Contact's highly efficient CHARX DC Power Modules for fast charging stations are designed for electric vehicles. The devices offer single charging modules for installation in a charging station or entire system cabinets for supplying charging parks in the megawatt range. These electronic devices provide modular and scalable solutions for DC charging with high voltages and currents right through to High Power Charging (HPC) depending on requirements. These feature a modular system for large charging parks in the megawatt range comprised of a system cabinet that can be assembled with 87.5kW power modules via rack mounting. Each cabinet can therefore provide a charging power of 350kW. The family is expanded by the addition of a DC/DC power module for 30kW. The compact 19″ rack modules can be installed directly in the charging station and interconnected in accordance with power requirements.
