Murata SCC400T Series Gyroscopes & IMUs
Murata SCC400T Series Gyroscopes and Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) offer combined high-performance angular rate and accelerometer sensor components with proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. This series features extensive self-diagnostics with excellent linearity and offset stability over temperature. These SCC400T gyroscopes and IMUs support signal processing accomplished in one mixed signal ASIC that offers angular rate and acceleration output via the flexible interface. SCC400T Gyroscope and IMUs can operate within the temperature range from -40°C to +110°C and have a supply voltage range from 3V to 3.6V. Typical applications include high precision (GNSS) positioning, machine control systems, motion control analysis, platform stabilization, and robotic control systems.
