Littelfuse Q2L SIDACtor Protection Thyristors
Littelfuse Q2L Series SIDACtor Protection Thyristors are low-capacitance devices that are designed to protect high-density broadband equipment from damaging overvoltage transients. The Q2L thyristors come in C-rated and A/B-rated variants. Q2L thyristors operate at a junction temperature (TJ) ranging from -40°C to +150°C and a storage temperature (Ts) ranging from -65°C to +150°C. These thyristors are ideal for inverter circuits, logic circuits, light dimmers, and rectifiers.
The Q2L Series A/B Rated SIDACtor Protection Thyristors provide a low-profile surface solution that enables broadband equipment to comply with global regulatory standards while limiting the impact on broadband signals and board space. These A/B-rated thyristors come in a 3x3 QFN package.
The Q2L Series C Rated SIDACtor Protection Thyristors offer a low profile, chip scale surface mount solution that enables broadband equipment to comply with global regulatory standards while limiting the impact on broadband signals and board space. These C-rated thyristors come in a 3.3x3.3 QFN package.
