Kingbright HELI Series LEDs
Kingbright HELI Series LEDs are high-brightness and energy-efficient single color illumination LEDs that produce a maximum luminous output of 12000mcd. The HELI series features AlGalnP and InGaN materials that provide high efficacy and superior light extraction. These devices come in SMD and through-hole packages in true green, red, orange, and amber colors. The HELI LEDs operate over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and offer a forward voltage range from 1.5V to 6V. These components are ideal for high-volume applications such as automotive, consumer electronics, healthcare, instrumentation, and traffic signals.
