Cree LED XLamp COB High-Power White LED Arrays
Cree LED XLamp Chip-on-Board (COB) High-Power White LED Arrays are L90 lifetime, color stability products, and reliable for general and specialty lighting applications. The COB high-power white LEDs come with a wide range of color options and sizes with all major socket profiles, both metal and ceramic substrates. The XLamp COB LEDs include Pro9 LEDs, which have an operating temperature rating of 105°C, the same as the standard versions, and can handle the maximum current. These Pro9 LEDs are available in CMB, CMU, CHA, CMA, and CXB LED families.
