TTI Price Promise

How the Price Promise Works

If you find a lower advertised price for the same item (identical brand and part number) offered by an authorized distributor* at the time of purchase, email a URL to our representatives at orders@ttiinc.com. TTI will match the price, subject to verification and the terms and exclusions below.

Terms:

• All TTI Plus members are eligible for TTI’s Price Promise. Join the TTI Plus program for free!
• This offer applies only to the advertised online price of identical items offered for sale by authorized distributors*
• The identical item must be the same brand and part number, in the same packaging and quantity, and must be in stock and available for immediate shipment by the select retailer* at the time of the price match.
• The lower offered price must be in USD. We will not convert currencies.
• The price for an item (or offer) must be listed online, valid, and immediately available at the time of price match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.
• Price match applies to verifiable pricing available to the general public. Price Promise does not apply to pricing that is only available to members or other types of special programs.
• All price matches are done against pre-tax prices.
• The matched price cannot be combined with any other tti.com promotion or discount.
• Only one item per order is eligible
• Only one price match in a 30 day period is eligible.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Price Promise at any time without notice but will honor any eligible price matching requests prior to the date the Price Promise is discontinued.

Exclusions:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, limited quantity, not currently in stock, resale managed items, master distributor items.
• Any price based on rebates, coupons, rewards points, loyalty or membership discounts, educational offers, financing offers, typographical errors, bundling of products or services, gift card offers, credit card offers, service offers, sales tax promotions, or free items.
• This offer is not valid when comparing to another web property of TTI, Inc, including but not limited to Mouser, Sager, TTI Europe, and TTI Asia.
• Marketplace or auction site prices, prices from third party sellers, and prices from mass source suppliers.
• Add-on services such as extended warranty or installation.
• The TTI Price Promise is not currently available on orders originating from our ttieurope.com, ttiasia.com, or ttiisrael.com sites.

*The terms “distributor” and “retailer” exclude mass source suppliers, auction sites, and third party sellers whose products are sold through a retailer’s online marketplace.
