How do I become an TTI Plus Rewards member?
You simply create a tti.com account to get started. If you already have a tti.com account, log into your account, and click the Sign Up button on the TTI Plus Rewards Program page.
What are the TTI Plus benefits?
All TTI Plus members immediately have access to free ground shipping, prioritized quote requests, the TTI Price Promise, and order history access upon joining the program. As you earn higher status, more perks become available including preferred pricing, additional price breaks on bulk orders and early access to incoming inventory . How do I earn TTI Plus points?
TTI Plus members accumulate points by purchasing parts on tti.com or ordering at 877-645-4884. Points will be added to the member’s account upon shipment of their order. Cancelled orders and returns will result in the removal of any points earned for that order.
Members earn points at the rate designated by their status level. In addition there may be occasional offers, multipliers, bonuses, or other ways to earn points.
How do I increase my status level?
The four status levels of TTI Plus are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Status levels are determined by the number of points applied to your account. You can learn more about how many points are required for each status on the TTI Plus Rewards Program page.
Am I able to skip a status?
Yes, each TTI Plus status is based on the total number of points accumulated. For instance, if you join the program and make a $50,000 purchase, you would automatically earn Silver status. For more information about status and points visit the TTI Plus Rewards Program page.
Where can I access my TTI Plus dashboard and points?
Access your TTI Plus Rewards dashboard to see your current status, perks, and point totals when logged in to your TTI.com account.
Are TTI Plus points redeemable?
TTI Plus points are not redeemable for products or services.
Do my TTI Plus points expire?
From the day a member joins the program (Anniversary), members have 12 months to earn status (referred to as the “Earning Period”). Once a status level is reached, that status remains the same until the next Anniversary, plus the following 12 months. On each Anniversary, a member’s points will reset, but their status will carryover.
Can I earn points from previous purchases?
No, only purchases made while enrolled in the program will count toward your point total.
Can I earn points on every TTI product?
Yes, all products qualify for points.
When will points be added to my account?
Points will be added to a member’s account upon the shipment of your order.
What happens to my TTI points if I return a product?
Any order cancellations or returns will be deducted from your point total.
Do I get points for tax and tariff fees?
No, you will not be awarded points for taxes, tariffs, or shipping fees. Only the value of products count towards the point total.
Do I get points through offline purchases?
Yes, offline orders are treated the same as orders placed online. A customer must be a member before making the purchase in order to earn points.
How does exclusive pricing work?
Exclusive pricing is available for members that have a status of Gold or higher. Once signed into a qualified Gold or Platinum TTI account, members will see their exclusive pricing on both product pages and search results.
Will this pricing expire (or is it only available for a limited time)?
This pricing is valid for the extent of a member’s status. Once the member is no longer Gold or higher status, they will no longer receive exclusive pricing.
What if I can’t see my exclusive pricing?
Be sure you are logged into a TTI account with Gold or higher status. If you don’t see your exclusive pricing, please contact the TTI.com customer service team.
What if we have multiple employees utilizing the same TTI account?
If you are a business with multiple employees with separate logins to the same account, points earned by any individual will be available to all individuals who had access to that account at the time the points were earned. Individuals will not have access to points that were earned prior to their enrollment date.
What if I do not see any free shipping options?
Free ground shipping is available only on orders shipping to the continental U.S. You must be signed into your TTI account at the time of purchase.
