That’s why Vishay’s F340Y2 305 volt-AC-rated Class Y2 capacitors are tested to THB Grade Three B: eighty five degrees Celsius, eighty five percent relative humidity for one thousand hours at rated voltage.

These AEC-Q200 automotive grade capacitors are designed to suppress interference on AC mains and other high voltage applications in a line-to-ground configuration. They feature a self-healing polypropylene film dielectric and a series construction to prevent shorting and ensure safe operation. Capacitors in the series range from 10 nanofarads to 1 microfarad with tolerance down to ±5%. Vishay F340Y2 capacitors are available with various lengths of tinned wire leads with lead pitch ranging from 15 to 37.5 millimeters.
