Vishay MicroSMP SMD Schottky Rectifiers and TVS devices are 2.5mm by 1.3mm footprint with a 0.65mm height. These devices feature high forward current up to 1A for Schottky rectifiers and 100W (10μs/1000μs waveform) clamping power capability in TVS. All the devices offer a high 25A forward surge current capability for an 8.3ms pulse. These offer a maximum operation junction temperature of 150°C for Schottky rectifiers and a low junction-to-lead thermal resistance of 30°C/W. The MicroSMP provides improved reliability and a longer operational life span. Typical applications include digital cameras, industrial systems, and logic circuits.
