Vishay VJ HIFREQ Surface Mount MLCCs
Vishay VJ HIFREQ Surface Mount MLCCs use a C0G high-frequency dielectric and a multilayer ceramic construction. These capacitors feature high-Q dielectric material, non-magnetic copper termination options, and a reliable noble metal electrode system for stable high-frequency performance. The VJ HIFREQ MLCCs feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a maximum capacitance of 12nF. These devices come with a maximum voltage of 7200Vdc and a C0G dielectric with a Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC) of 0ppm/°C ± 30ppm/°C. Typical applications include base stations, broadband communication equipment, medical instrumentation and test systems, and RF and microwave instruments.
