Vishay VBUS054x BUS-Port ESD Suppressors

Vishay Semiconductors VBUS054x Series BUS-Port ESD Suppressors come with 4-line ESD protection. The VBUS054x BUS-Port ESD suppressors are available with ultra-compact LLP1010-5L and LLP75-6L packages. These VBUS054x suppressors can operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. VBUS054x BUS-Port ESD suppressors offer a low load capacitance of 0.8pF and a maximum reverse current of 0.1μA. Typical applications include industrial, medical devices, mobile devices, telecommunications, USB port protection, ethernet, and LAN ports.
