Sometimes the solution to engineering problems lies in the trenches. If your problem is needing high current handling and low on resistance in a MOSFET, then your solution lies in the Vishay TrenchFET MOSFETs.  These P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs provide are capable of handling drain currents ranging from 50A to a whopping 478A, with power dissipation ranging from 125W to 375W, all in a thermally-enhanced SOT-23 package. They’re available with a maximum resistance rating of 27mΩ, a reduction of up to 45% for P-channel devices. This reduces conduction losses to save power and enable more efficient use of power and longer battery life.  Their low gate-source voltage from 2.5V to 4.5V makes them easy to drive, and they’re ideal for numerous applications including DC to AC inverters, power tools, battery management, load switches, and motor drive systems.
